DaisyGoldberg Posted November 25, 2014 #1 Share Posted November 25, 2014 A quick question for those who are platinum and have traveled solo. If you're given "dinner for two" at Le Bistro, does that come as two individual vouchers that you can use for yourself on different nights? travelnap Posted November 28, 2014 #5 Share Posted November 28, 2014 Daisy & Happy, You will get just one certificate for two people for Le Bistro as a solo, they will not give you two single ones. You are welcome to invite someone to dine with you but that is up to you to decide. I had asked on my last cruise on NCL and had a dining certificate for Le Bistro because of my platinum status, and another one because of a promotion they were running. One I used at Le Bistro and the other I used at the Italian Restaurant. They will give you some flexibility on dining venues but you either invite a guest or lose out on the second meal. DaisyGoldberg Posted November 30, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted November 30, 2014 I was afraid that might be the answer. Basically I can take some random person to dinner and they'll pay for that, but not for me to eat twice.

Find another platinum member to dine with-- then you can have two meals! :D
GUEST080219 Posted November 30, 2014 #8 Share Posted November 30, 2014 There have been reports on the NCL board that getting two dinner for one is sometimes possible but it looks like it depends on the Cruise Consultant or further up the ladder. I will none the less ask for it in December and if not possible tell them how much I dislike that.
happytotravel Posted November 30, 2014 #9 Share Posted November 30, 2014 Thanks. It was worth asking the question. The best thing to do then is to invite someone along for the dinner and enjoy it together whether they are platinum or not. happytotravel
