Flight departure from New Orleans.

Spirit airlines just changed their departure time from 11:25 to 11:10. Carnival website says they recommend flights after 11:30. We will do self disembark, but just wondering if we still have enough time to get to the airport and check baggage etc. Any past cruisers with advice? Thanks

If you walk off, it should take no more than 30-45 min from cruise terminal to airport. Plenty of cabs.

It can depend on when US Customs releases your ship. There's USUALLY no problem in ports but unfortunately no guarantees.

There can also be a backlog at the airport that could delay your getting through customs to your gate.
