Terminal 5A or 5B - Where do US flights land?

Recommended Posts

British Airway flights from the US, do they typically arrive at Heathrow 5A or 5B or "anybody's guess"?

Thanks in advance. I have elderly family arriving a few hours ahead of me, and I want to give them some advice if they may have to change terminals to me my flight. I would rather have them meet me prior to the confusion of customs and luggage.

For your purposes, there is only one "T5". There is only one international arrivals area for all flights arriving at T5.

If they are elderly and need assistance, ask BA to provide it. It should be possible for them to be escorted through the arrivals procedure. Tell them to wait for you at the Costa coffee shop immediately opposite the exit from Customs. That's an unmissable meeting spot.

I'd check with your airline, we landed at Terminal 3 along with several flights from the USA.
There are currently no British Airways flights from Terminal 3 at all, and British Airways has no plans to move any US flights to Terminal 3.

Currently, all British Airways' US flights are either at Terminal 4 or Terminal 5. By late October 2008, they should all have moved to Terminal 5.
