Best jewelry prices-Antigua, St Kitts, Barbados, St Lucia, St Thomas?

I heard St Thomas is higher on jewelry prices. Does anyone know which island above may have the best deals?

I wouldn't buy any valuable piece in the islands. On watches you are not saving much and the quality of diamonds is difficult for most people to determine. I prefer to minimize risk and buy near home

My engagement ring was purchased on our first cruise in St. Thomas - not sure if we got a deal compared to buying it at home but it sure makes for some good memories! :)

Well this is just MY opinion. I do think I got some nice jewelry pieces in St. Thomas. I know one of my sons knows good jewelry. When I showed him (I went to about 11 stores to check out what I wanted, and then wound up back where I started:confused:) the bracelet that I bought, he said I got a good deal. I also got two nice thin necklaces, and they are still very nice too.
