There are no water taxis. To get to Horseshoe Bay there are minibus shuttles that cost $7 each way, public buses or taxi's.

The Ferry from the Dockyard runs to two locations: Hamilton or St. George

You might find it easier to see why there are no water taxis to the South Shore beaches by looking at the map. It doesn't show terribly well but there is a dangerous reef line close to shore all the way along the south - during the past 400+ years it has been littered with shipwrecks.
