Website problems (again)

Hi i booked a cruise yesterday and i can access the web check in pages and all our details are there etc. However, when i go to the manage my booking the drop down menu doesn't appear, and then when i go to book excursions it keeps coming up with Internal Server Error 500! i got it to work once earlier today but now its back to not getting access

any ideas anyone? or is it just a website glitch! frustrating as we want to all look at excursions and get some booked

I assume you at UK based, and yes there is a problem.

Try this;- log in under voyagers club

then press PROFILE

On the next screen access the info you want by pressing CUSTOMISE

US has problems also I signed in with booking number and I was able to access

MSC always has website problems, if you ask me. Never reliable.

Sigh, and they are still having problems...was trying to book on the Seaside, and can't get past putting in the kids without doing it over and over, and then once I finally got through the prices are not right.

Same form USA. :evilsmile: every time they do promotion web does not work :evilsmile::mad: .I wanted to get my docs today .

ok. Its fixed. I just printed my tickets .:hearteyes::hearteyes: How do I continue to work now? ;p
