Hats off to Cunard

Just returned from a cruise via the Queen Victoria, out of and returning to Southampton. I have got to say "Hats off to Cunard" for the embarkation and disembarkation process in Southampton.

I have been a critic of both processes in the past, but I have to say, that from arriving on the Intercruise coach from the North of England until we stepped aboard the ship could have been measured in minutes only with no delays at any part of the embarkation. Likewise, leaving the ship at Southampton and joining our return coach, could not have gone any smoother.

Credit where credit is due, a much improved experience all round from Cunard and it's staff.
