Advice for family of 4

We are going to be on Carnival Paradise in April. We want to go to hell 7 mile beach and shopping. What is the cheapest way to do all 3 and ballpark $? We have heard that hell is not much to see but we still want to do it even if it is cheesy. Thanks for any help.

Shopping is right across from the tender dock...easy walk! There are fantastic buses to take you to the beach.....$2.50 pp. Seagrape Beach (part of 7 Mile beach) has restrooms, chair/umbrella rentals, watersport rentals and food/drink. I would skip Hell....it's simply a name...nothing to see or do there. But, the buses go there, too!
