Baltimore Cruise Port to Airport time

Just checking to see how much time to allow from Baltimore Cruise Port (Carnival) to the airport. My DD and son-in-law will be traveling in October on Carnival. Ship docks at 10:00 a.m. Any information on Approximate time needed to get off the ship to the airport would be appreciated. They are flying with Southwest. Thanks!

Off the ship is variable. Taxi to the airport should be around 30 minutes.
