The Bull (and Whistle) is at 224 Duval St, two blocks, so once you've walked off the ship and gotten to a street where you could hail a cab, you're half way there. Walk off the docks and up Whitehead to Caroline. Make a left and it's on the corner, one block away.

KW is very walkable....no need for taxis...no waiting..just walk!

If you haven't been to KW you can't imagine how easy it is to walk everywhere in old key west. And! you will want to - part of the fun is the walk. Just use Duval street one way and whitehead for the walk back.
