NYC airports- what's the cost of transporation

We are considering going on the Breakaway in September. I am wondering what the transportation cost is from each airport? We would most likely take a taxi. JFK is cheaper flight, but I am wondering if the saving would be eaten up by the cost of transportation.

JFK - yellow taxi (usually metered for all trips within NYC) are flat-rate to anywhere in Manhattan, including cruise terminal (Pier 88/90 - MCT) including 1 toll would be roughly $60 + tips (20% is our usual benchmark) - one way, good for up to 3 pax plus 3 checked luggage & smaller hand baggage. Taxi-van are available w/o surcharge, not guaranteed & could involve a longer wait. Taxi fare from/to LGA to MCT would be metered - roughly $45 to $50 as above + tips, could be higher if taking a longer route/loop due to traffic/accidents/etc.

Car services (Dial7 and Carmel) would charge a flat, confirmed quoted rate - but a surge pricing is noted as possible (yet to be charged going on Sunday or Saturday) - about $55 with JFK including toll & $45 with LGA - destination being MCT. Both have online/digital coupon discount that's usually honored, deduct fare by $3 per trip ride.

With BA doing up to 4 different itineraries, some will be traveling on weekdays so travel time can vary widely, from 30 minutes LGA to MCT to as much as 90 minutes, and, 45 minutes JFK to MCT to as much as 2 hours on weekday, especially if weather & unpredictable road traffic/incidents are in play.
