Koningsdam aft balconies: private

Are the Vista Suite aft balconies private or visible from the above deck/s?

I am trying to decide between a mid spit Vista and an Aft Vista Suite.....Help!

We had an aft Vista Suite (Schubert deck) in December - if you stand at the rail, yes you are visible from above and likewise you can see below. I would say 3/4 is private.

The stern slope is about like the Signature ships, with decks 4 thru 7 partially visible from above:

What about balcony depth? Do K'dam and the Sig ships vary? I know they don't have the depth of some the balconies on Vistas, but are some deeper than others?

My guess is, from looking just at deck plans and photos, they are very similar if not identical to the Sig class. There's a pic of 7195 HERE.

Thanks. Definitely shallower than on the Vistas with the stepped stern. Between the hydro pool and the great aft balconies, my first choice is one of those ships.
