There are also a couple of other options - just Google "Cruise Parking San Diego" for some of the sites. They'll all drop you off inside the port, where the porters are, which means you don't have to drag your luggage across a busy street. We always use Aladdin - a little farther from the port (5-10 minute drive), but covered, secure parking, a class operation. They don't advertise that they pick up/deliver to the cruise port, but call them...they do.
