Prime 7 for Breakfast (sort of)

We had dinner at Prime 7. I couldn't finish the huge, wonderful rib eye. Had them wrap it to go. Kept it in the room refrigerator. Next morning had the egg chef at La Veranda cut it into strips and cook it with scrambled eggs. Wonderful to have prime beef in the morning.

OMG! That sounds so wonderful! Will keep that in mind......wonder if they'd do the same for lamb chops! mmmmmm, slurp!

Also, good on you for not wasting food! So much is wasted on cruise lines.

Steak and eggs for breakfast sound perfect. Absolutely something to remember for our June cruise - provided I don't eat it all the night before. ;)

What a brilliant idea! And a great way to keep from feeling like one "must" finish the dish at dinner.
