Some years ago we stopped at a bar in Spain (can't even remember where) and witnessed a feature being filmed for one of these TV travel shows - think it was ITV.

It was a straightforward scenario - the presenter and her partner having a meal as she speaks to camera about the locality etc.

Due to a series of mishaps the scene had to be redone over and over again - I lost count of the number of times the waiter made an appearance to serve the dishes before disappearing again.

We decided to stay for lunch and enjoy the entertainment.

Heard later the scene had been dropped from the broadcast !!!

I think they should bring back Wish you were here
