Vancouver to San Diego stopping in Victoria, where do we clear customs?

We are traveling of the Norwegian Sun September 28/2015 from Vancouver, stopping in Victoria then ending in San Diego. Does anyone know where we clear US customs?:confused:

You'll pre clear US immigration in Vancouver . The final customs check will be in San Diego .

You'll do both in your first US port stop. That's what we did earlier this year on a Vancouver-Victoria-San Francisco route. You won't go through US immigration or customs in Vancouver on an itinerary that heads to a Canadian port next, only those leaving for a US port (i.e. you effectively enter the US before boarding the ship).
