Umbrellas at Mr. Sanchos

Are there umbrellas available at Mr. Sanchos? If not, are there any other beach clubs with umbrella rentals. I am not a fan of relaxing in direct sunlight.

AI side or Pay-as-you-go side? :confused:

Lots of umbrellas at Mr. Sanchos AI side, but not in the first row or so of chairs by the water - you might need to move back to one of the tables.

Never had problems finding shade at Paradise Beach (a better pay-as-you-go option IMHO), or Nachi Cocom (small AI beach club, quiet, relaxing - no water toys).

We are considering the all inclusive option. I just want to make sure there are umbrellas to use with the loungers.

No, the umbrellas are at the tables, not by the loungers. But if you get there very early there are a few by the pool if you are lucky

We haven't been to Mr Sanchos for a couple of years (we have been there three times), but on either side you can request an umbrella. I did specifically request an umbrella on the non AI side. They brought it right over and put it in the sand for me. And we were front and center to the water. We never requested one on the AI side, but we had a both lounge chairs byt eh water and a palapa table with chairs to eat in the shade. They have awesome service and will do what they can to make you happy.

I just bought tickets and in the fine print it says, "Beach umbrella by your lounge chair is not included but available for a $12.00

rental fee and a $10.00 refundable deposit (refunded when returning umbrella)"

so you can basically get an umbrella at your lounge chair for $12 fee
