Good place for dinner in Covington

The night before our cruise we are staying up in Covington. Would love recommendations for dinner that evening. Local favorites and just plan good food is what we are hoping for. Well, I admit I also love a great atmosphere but that isn't as important as the food. :)

Any budget restrictions?

There are lots of good places in Covington. Most are moderate, but there are some really good ones if you don't mind spending the money.

I'd say $20 or under per person is the range I'm looking for.

Never been there, but I've heard it is very good.

Typical hole-in-the wall poor-boy joint, and those are usually the best.
