Lunchtime music at Blue, Salute or Sunset Pier?

Just off the ship for one day this trip, so can't take advantage of KW at night.:( Do any of these three highly-recommended places - Blue Heaven, Salute or Sunset Pier - offer live music at lunchtime. Hoping for steel drum/reggae/classic KW sounds. If not, can you recommend a place that does?

Blue Heaven has music from 11-1 and the Sunset Pier music begins at 100.

I am not familiar with any music for lunch at Salute'

Wonderful...two great choices...can't go wrong. (Should have mentioned I'm in on a Sunday, but guessing that probably won't change your answer, since weekends are likely busier than weekdays.) Thanks!
