We are going on the dream in Nov. We have paid in full, we was wanting to know if we could still add a person to out cabin?

It depends on the cabin category and how many people the cabin will hold.

It will also depend on how full the ship is sailing. Sometimes if a ship still has cabins available, but has sold out the allotment of 3rd/4th berths, they will not allow additions to cabins, but want you to book another cabin for the 3rd/4th so they make more money.

Years ago we added our step-granddaughter several months after we booked. We paid the prevailing rate for the 3rd passenger at the time we booked her which was way more than we paid. We kept the same cabin and they made a pallet for her on the floor. Not exactly what we expected but it was a wonderful way to get to know her better.
