To the best of my knowledge, you don't.

 

Royal Caribbean will offer you certain benefits based on your M Life tier level, but I don't think your play in the casino onboard will feed back to your M Life points. Similarly, your status with Royal Caribbean will get you a certain M Life tier, but your play in an M Life casino won't feed back to Royal Caribbean's Club Royale program.

 

You would, instead, be able to qualify for Club Royale membership onboard based on your level of play.
