FirstAlto Posted August 11, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) Due to a previous thread I had read here on cruise critic, I decided to contact Ocean Players Club ( Carnival ) and see if either my husband or I were due any comps because of our last cruise. We are definitely not big- time players- my husband plays table games and I mostly play slots. We both got the drinks on us card fairly late on the last cruise I wasn't really even paying attention to my points because we had purchased the drinks package. So just for kicks I sent a e-mail to see what would happen, and several days later I got a nice reply that my husband had qualified for $75 casino cash ( none for me:( ) Now $75 is not a big deal - but I figure " hey - if I hadn't have contacted them I wouldn't have gotten anything !!" So go ahead and try it - you might get lucky ;);) Edited August 11, 2015 by FirstAlto
urbanhawk Posted August 12, 2015 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2015 Congrats on the $75.00! (I'm sure your hubby will share it with you!;)You're right-it never hurts to ask. I have a casino pack and play booked for my Alaska cruise in 27 days!-I wrote the Player's Club a few weeks ago, with no expectations, (as I paid $100 for the cabin, but then get it back as onboard credit) I heard back in less than 24 hours, that I would get the Drinks on Us card. Happy cruising!
trishtreasure Posted August 27, 2015 #3 Share Posted August 27, 2015 Not sure how to contact you UrbanHawk-New at this. I'll be on the 11/29/15 cruise on Magic. Maybe you'd care to show me the ropes? Or provide some newbie tips?
Kcruiser2014 Posted August 27, 2015 #4 Share Posted August 27, 2015 Not sure how to contact you UrbanHawk-New at this. I'll be on the 11/29/15 cruise on Magic. Maybe you'd care to show me the ropes? Or provide some newbie tips? Just email casino@carnival.com. Include your VIFP number, name, ship, sailing date and booking number. Also, it is good to include the last cruise booking number, ship and sail date. Ask if you will have any comps.
