Water taxi to the ship in Venice

Hi I am Barbara and will be on Azamara Journey 24th May cruise. We will be staying 2 nights in Hotel Splendid on a canal prior to the cruise and was wanting to know if anyone else is staying there. We will need a water taxi to the ship on sailing day and this is 90 euros for the taxi, so sharing would be good. This is our 4th cruise with Azamara and we love the cruise line.:)
