Since your upcoming both are on Carnival and Princess you will be docked at Mahogany Bay in Roatan.

There is a beach and beach chairs there at no charge for your use. It's a nice beach area but not good for snorkeling. :)

Thanks!! Is it sort of like One of the Cays or Margaritaville, then? Beach and chairs are free?

Not a Margaritaville, but there are plenty of free loungers, just not in the row closest to the water. Those are reserved for people paying for an excursion there. No need to buy an excursion. And there are at least 2 bars and restaurants. You have to pay, no use of S&S card from ship. Also kayaks, and other items can be rented.
