We will be going on an excursion which is from 10:30-12:30pm on that bus which is also a boat tour which we booked through Carnival. Would anyone know if that would leave us enough time to "go to HELL"(hehe), after we get back at 12:30 and our ship leaves at 4pm?? Also does anyone know where or if there is a place to swim as soon as we get off the tender. We have never been to GC before so have no idea what it is like or how to get around. Thanks :)

Thanks , I do know that the bus that turns into a boat goes to the 7 mile beach but when I read the reviews it sounded like you would only get 30-45 min. there and I wasnt sure if that were to swim or just wander around if there is shopping also. Nice to know that everyone does recommend going to this area though :)

If your boat goes to 7 mile beach it will be for beachng/swimming. The shopping area is in town right where your tender comes in.

Funny.... I ready your topic as though you were wondering if you could swim to shore from the ship. :)

  • 3 weeks later...

you will be most disappointed with Hell,

its a bunch of honey comb rocks…

with a gift shop…

if you travel any where in the caribbean you can find this type of rock.

gift shop attendant has many jokes relating to the word “hell” which is kind of funny.

and you get the touristy success of a post marked stamp “from hell”…

cayman has some great dining experiences … and snorkeling …

i suggest casa novas and beside them is snorkeling company…

much better experience in my opinion….
