tourismtessy Posted January 21, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2015 We are booked on our first Alaska cruise on the Ruby Princess, cabin B753. It is a balcony at the very back of the ship (Aft) and states "Partial Obstruction -- Beam". Anybody with info on how BAD the obstruction is? Thanks! crystalspin Posted January 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 22, 2015 See this short thread on the same cabin on the Emerald Princess which is sister ship to the Ruby (i.e. same cabin and structure arrangement). http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1875745 It appears it is nothing to worry about, just set your chair(s) to look around it.
