need help UBP not showing in MYNCL (booked with a TA)

i booked my cruise with an online canadian TA.

When i look my reservation in MYNCL i don't see anything that tells me the UBP is included.

I see it on my other reservation direct with NCL.

Is it normal or is there a problem ?

Anyone booked with a TA and UBP can tell me if they see it or not on mYNCL ?

i don't want to learn when i will be oboard that my UBP is not in my reservation.:(

It shouldn't matter whether you booked direct or through a TA, but the UBP perk could show up differently depending on what version of the promo you booked under (they constantly change the promo codes and the code names for the perks, so this could have an effect on how things get displayed).

Contact NCL and ask for your amenities confirmation (I think they should be willing to send you this, if not, you have to ask through your TA). If the UBP doesn't show up there, you have a problem. If it shows up there but not on your Vacation Summary, I wouldn't worry about it.

I called NCL, they told me that is because i have to call my travel agent to choose my free perks.

But i fear that means i will have to pay the service charge on the UBP on top of my price. I was thinking it was already included.

That also could explain the price difference between the TA and NCL.

I will call the TA tomorrow to sort it. If the price is not with the service charge included, i think i will cancel with the TA and rebook with NCL.

The deal maybe not so good i was thinking...

Finally, my TA added my UBP and SDP to my reservation and i see it now on MYNCL.

BUT it also added the service charge to my bill.

The TA said it was their mistake and they will not charge it to me :D:D:D

I feel like if i won the lottery.

The only down side is i can't change anything to that reservation otherwise the new total price will be all on me. I can live with that.;)
