Live from the Miracle

Hi from the Miracle,on our way back to Tampa.Sitting at the Lido pool on the back right side of the pool gets great wifi for you bringing your laptop or PDA.Anyway,had a great cruise except for the tendering at Cozumal which was rough and had to move the ship to calmer waters.Food is great and the service was top notch,Costa Maya was great,went on the dolphin experiance and then spent the day on a beautiful beach with free drinks!!.will tell more when I return on Sunday.Time for breakfast.

Have fun!!! We went on the Miracle last February, had a blast!! And the swim up bar in Costa Maya has great pina coladas, or so I have heard. ;)

Boy am I jealous!!!!

I've followed your thread a bit, and that explains her confusion :). We'll try not to tear things up too bad next week. But, the slide might be broken...Sumo, Fred & myself are all "up there" in weight and we are going to have a contest to see who can make the biggest splash at the bottom.

....two weeks and I'll be there....so sounds like you had a great time! How was the tendering in the ports? Was it crazy? I am wondering because we have booked excusions not through carnival so I want to make sure we get off in time. Looking forward to your story of how it was getting off the ship...we have an early flight! You'll give a full review I'm sure, looking forward to that! Enjoy your trip back!:)

We have 4 of us booked on the dolphin excursion in Costa Maya...... please tell me it's good!!!!!!!!!!! Had to cancel Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel because of the Hurricane and this was the alternative we chose.

Ahhh.... how I miss that ship.... So glad to hear you had a great experience! :)

Just finished our last dinner at Barracus,had the porkchop with mole sauce:) and a lemon souffle.We are sitting about 150 miles from Tampa going about 5 knots so the casino can stay open till midnight.The tenders were good in Grand Caymans,poor in Cozumal and fair in Baleize(sp)no tender in Costa Maya,matter afacked we were the only ship there!The dolphin excursion is great,very informative and the beach break is a blast.Sorry to see it end but looking forward to the next cruise.

Weather on the cruise was fantastic,warm days and nights.Water was cool but tallerant,the only problem was when leaving Tampa airport,flight was to leave at 4:30 pm didn't leave until 6:30 because of weather in Dallas,got to Dallas at 8:45 for a 9:00 flight but was delayed till 12:30 am got home at 3:30 am.Great cruise and a fantastic ship and crew.

What time was the last tender out of Cozumel? What time did the ship sail away from Coz? Thanks.

The last tender from Coz was 5:30 and the captain was prompt on leaving the ports so if they say 6pm it will be 6pm

Hey bzydad. Can I ask what time the deck chairs started filling up? If you were up early enough to notice. Also, how is the beach at Cozumel looking. We are planning the glass bottom boat and then sitting on the beach relaxing and swimming. Is the beach in good shape? Thanks!!

Chairs started to fill up on sea days around 9:30-10 but I saw no problem with chairs and we were on the ship during Spring Break.As for Coz beaches,there are none around the dock but the privite ones are nice,lots of damage around the docks and surrounding areas.

Thanks! I have never been to Cozumel so I have nothing to compare it to, although I have heard the is a lot of damage. I hope I don't spend the whole time crying...I tend to get emotional:o .

DId you use Camp Carnival? I am hoping my daughter (will be 6 when we go) wants to spend some time there. I do plan on visiting the spa at least once!

On Camp Carnival,my daughters loved it lots to do,your daughter will be in the 6-8 yr old group as my girls were in and they met new friends have lots of memories.
