Today, Sept. 1st is a Happy and a Sad Day!

It's a Happy Day because it's my Birthday!

It's a Sad Day because I'm a Year OLDER!

It's Happy because I'm going out three days in a row!

It's a Sad because I'm eating out three days in a row!

It's Happy because I'm with family and friends!

It's Sad because I'll have weight to lose!

It's also a Happy Day because I get to talk to you all!

So the Happy's out weigh the Sad's!

Everyone have a GOOD DAY on ME!
