They wrapped his "wound" in plastic, sorry I know this guy was probably in pain and not funny but i could see a funny aspect of that wording

I've always said ... you should always have someone with a shotgun standing guard when you use an outback dunny ;)

funny this got bumped up as only today i was reading about it in the paper. Not sure why it was there except there was a photo of him as well (umm not his bitten part) anyway they said he soothed the bitten part by putting a cold can on it ......only in australia...he said he felt something , looked down and there was a snake slithering away from between his legs, he thinks he may have sat on the snakes head.......
