Did you personally file a claim with AOn? If you go to there website , submit claim with booking number, they should get back to you shortly. If just awaiting fccs you should have them applied shortly after contacting the AON website.

Hello currently on Crown , last week of 28 day South Pacific. The ship is in excellent condition for her age , all mechanical issues were addressed in drydock. Crew has been exceptional. Some crew due for vacation on return to LA with 65 new crew boarding. 2100 passengers this cruise, approx 3000 expected on Dec 7.

Tracking shows the ship in currently 32 nm from harbor at Lihue, on time for 8 am local time scheduled arrival. Not sure of late departure reason.
