  1. Thanks. They take up very little room so we'll just take them. Due to the age of the ship I'm thinking they'll be a bit flattened.
  2. To anyone who has been on Rhapsody lately how were the beds? We have blow up mattresses that we take on ships that have really hard beds but have not been on Rhapsody.
  3. Kudos to Celebrity for how they dealt with us having COVID. Hubby and I tested positive on the 7th day of a 10 day cruise on the Equinox March 26 sailing. No fever, no aches, just coughing and slight headache. Anyway, saw the ship doctor, were given cough medicine and throat lozenges and all was free. Not only that but room service was free as was WiFi and telephone and premium movies. We had a COVID concierge who checked on us daily. We and all the other contagious folks were escorted off for debarkation down on the 2 nd level so as not to mingle with everyone else. At some point we will get credit for our days in isolation. I just couldn't have asked for better service.
  4. Thank you lrj826 for clarification in how to use the Port Everglades website. It worked! So...I find that our ship leaves from Terminal 29 and returns to Terminal 25. If we park at 29 is there a shuttle that would take us from 25 back to 29? I realize we can use one of the off port parking garages and use their shuttle but we prefer port parking if possible.
  5. I first started to answer you on my phone. I signed in and went to manage my cruise and I got exactly what your screen shot has. I then went to my desk top and signed in and under manage my cruise I got what I described to you. Maybe you have another device to sign in to? I don't even pretend to understand the computer world!
  6. Sign into your cruise and go to Manage Cruise. A menu will come up that starts with Dining, Drink Packages, Shore Excursions, etc. The very last choice is The Celebrity Store. Click on that and you'll see "Special Occasions." Hope this helps!
  7. I had another look at the two celebration packages. The $349 may be much better because it includes a bottle of Dom Perignon, dinner for two at a specialty restaurant, a dozen roses and chocolate dipped strawberries. At least I wouldn't have to worry about the wine! Anyone ordered either one?
  8. Could someone who has ordered the $99 celebration package please give me some feedback? Is the wine decent? The photo shows a sparkling wine but it says it's a pinot noir. Is the floral arrangement pretty and a nice size? Thanks!
  9. Thank you so much! We've always booked early enough to see availability and choose the exact location we want. This time it was a spur of the moment decision and we had to take a guaranteed room hoping to bid to move up.
  10. How do you find out the number and category of unsold staterooms on a particular sailing? I see that some folks take this into consideration when bidding for upgrades.
