I didn't spend any time at the beach this trip but I have encountered a lot of seaweed on the Pasion Island excursion is the past

Grand Cayman on the other hand seemed to be completely seaweed free...

If it's the first few months of 2021 that's an open question but if it's like May or later I wouldn't worry as much
