I have not carried cash in many many months. Tap for everything. Works very well in Melbourne.
When I was I Perth recently, there were signs in some shops indicating they preferred cash.
May reflect lockdown differences.

@chubbypiggyThe Oz eta is valid for 12 months from date of issue, allowing multiple entries (with time limits on each).
With your trip in April, applying now is well within the 12 month period — or allowing time to apply for another visa if needed.
Can’t help with nz.

At times the lights can be seen from the Victorian coast, but not usually in their full glory.A number of websites track the likelihood and locations for best viewing.
This is a reputable site, and can link through to a 3 day tracker

I boarded QE in Fremantle to sail to Melbourne. Dec 2019Dropped the luggage early, then took some family members for lunch. Returned a couple of hours before my slot, and no problem boarding.

Thanks to all. Reason why I got the odema is because my GP took me off duretics because of my kidney damage. Now the hospital doc has put me back on duretics..Frusemide. So confusing. I see my GP tomorrow, then there will be more dramas re the above. I was on oxygen in the ambulance, felt as crook as Rookwood.
Help…I need a 🚢.
Certainly damaging the health costs.it May provide a better outcome for you. The new diuretic may provide a better solution for managing the fluid retention and the kidney function problems because of how they target the cause.
Whatever you do, don’t sign up for the cricket. We all know about Warnie and his mum’s water pills.

Looking at the previous cruises, Fremantle to Sydney appears to be a segment of a much longer cruise originating in Sydney.
So, there would be the passengers doing the whole trip, and a smaller number of spaces created by those disembarking in Fremantle.
Subsequent cruises are all in the neighbourhood.

Thanks. Had a look and times dont work with our port times :(. One looked perfect but leaves at 715am and we get in at 7am. Assuming on time.
Airlie Beach is a tender port. Cruise line tours have the reef boats collect passengers from the ship - which save plenty of time at each end of the trip.Even if you find a third party supplier, you need to factor in 45-60 minutes extra on each end of the trip.
If you are going to Cairns, there may be options from there.

Congratulations Lynn.
I retired at 62. A combination of a serious pain condition and a very generous early retirement scheme by the university.
Pleased to be out of the system.

No webcams, so relying on my camera across the Bay.
1. Pacific Adventure 31/10 at outer west berth Station Pier
2. Pacific Encounter at outer east Station Pier
3. Carnival Splendor moved into outer east in the middle of the night
4. Pacific Encounter moved to Web Dock (commercial dock)
As P&O have moved to bigger ships, none can go under the Westgate to the other commercial docks

Something different all right, today I was diagnosed with severe renal failure after blood tests and ultrasounds the past few days. My kidney function has taken a big nose dive. Do not know where I go from here, specialist? Dialaysis?
Suffice to say I am not well and could be a shot duck.
Not dwelling on it, bye for now.
Really tough news Uncle Les.Get the best medical support you can.
