I'm not sure what terminal it was when we disembarked from Reflection in January (not T25) but it went quickly. Just a quick scan of the passport and we were on our way. We used a porter and he got us right to a taxi.

Here's the web site. You can use the query function to find out the terminal. It might not be loaded yet for your sailing date.

There was a sold out VC dinner on Reflection in January. Equinox did not offer it in September. They definitely had VC on board because we got it in our suite instead of the alcohol.

We bought a Open Passage in September and it was assigned to our CVP. She was laid off after the 30 day period to transfer to a TA expired. I don't know if I feel it was bait and switch but I do feel cheated because she always alerted us when new itineraries were released. I'm not even getting promotional E-mails from Celebrity recently so I'll probably let it expire.

We did 2 New Year's cruises, 2012 & 2013, pre beverage packages. Cellar Masters had a list of 8 to 10 champagnes that were not part of the regular inventory that you could pre order for New Year's Eve. They brought it to your stateroom, dining room or to the venue of your choice.

The menu on NYE was the same as the regular menu with 2 appetizers and 2 entrees with a different preparation. Of course, there was an up charge for dining on NYE, even in upper level suites. We passed and went to Luminae.

Celebrity had Luggage Valet on Equinox in September. It started sometime in August.

I was actually anticipating a 3rd dress code of "smart" shorts, vs dumb shorts, on some cruises.

We sailed with her on her very first command on Summit in September 2015 and were guests at the Captains Table.

1 & 3 don't seem too different.

I'm on vacation. Someone else can make my coffee for me. ☺️

Used to be every 15 to 18 months. Now, our December 2024 cruise might be our last. We just cancelled a March cruise after returning home in September.

My CVP would call to let me know when the new itineraries were being released and we would discuss what we wanted to book next. Since we book higher level suites the best way, and sometimes the only way to get want we want is to book within the first day of the release.
I've called the retreat desk when she was on vacation and had several bookings messed up which she fixed when she came back. She also interceded several times with resolutions on our behalf.
My luck with overseas call centers has been 50/50 and the background noise annoys me to no end. I understand working from home but trying to baby sit at the same time. I make sure to call when I won't be interrupted and expect the same from an employee of a call center.

I would still prefer we were just in a pool and have whoever is available when I call help me.
This was part of the email I received for service on an existing reservation :"Should you need immediate assistance with your existing reservation prior to hearing from your new vacation planner, please contact us at 1-800-556-8209, option 2." Maybe it will help but no idea about how long you would be on hold.

I knew our CVP had been laid off. I just sent her an email to see what kind of response I would get. It was the canned we are in the process of reassigning, etc.
We have an open passage that is too late to transfer to a TA. Might just cancel it.

It might be because you booked an exciting deal promotion.

I have gone through that doc twice...I see nothing that states what type of deposit. Can someone tell me where it would be located?
I looked at several booking confirmations. The only one I had that was NR had this statement right below the balance due:
"The minimum deposit for this reservation is Non-Refundable. A change fee of 100 USD per guest will apply for ship or sail date changes."
All my other bookings were refundable and none of them mentioned the deposit as either R or NR.
-
If you had a refundable deposit and were outside the final payment date you should receive a refund to your credit card/s automatically. We cancelled one and had the refunds within 7 to 10 days.

It's been a while since we were in St. Kitts. We enjoyed the catamaran sailing and beach excursion, also the snorkeling. I think both were through Celebrity.

Thanks. We have 25 cruises with Celebrity since 1997 and our ratings mirror your numbers.

The revised ports are not quite as exciting.
How much excitement do you want or need? Not trying to be snarky but look at the news. Be thankful you are not caught up in this nightmare.

I could have written almost the same review. We were in the PH in September and it was well maintained so no issues there.
Luminae's menu was blah. We ate in Murano's most nights and some things were hit and miss from our last time there. Cancelled our Reservation in Tuscan because we liked the Luminae menu better. We went to Sushi on 5 for lunch several times and did the Taj dinner. All excellent.
Did not like the entertainment on board. The night of the Taj dinner the music on deck 3 was so loud we literally ran out of the restaurant and passed on dessert.
Service through out the ship was fantastic.
We too could not wait to go home, which was delayed a day because our flight was cancelled the night before and nothing was available for the day we disembarked.
We filled out the survey and had no qualms about detailing our experience. We cancelled a March cruise when we got home.

How sad that it’s your last Celebrity cruise, they’ll miss you.
I sincerely doubt that. We don't meet the new demographic or profile. Life goes on though.

Need Help Understanding Celebrity's 75% off Second Guest Sale...

Celebrity gives and then takes away by raising the price to make it seem like a sale. The only true value in pricing that I see is by booking when the itinerary is first offered. Otherwise, it's buyer beware.
