Thanks - one more possibly daft question then please. As they have cosmos on the paid for drinks, how do I order an included one? Do I need to say “Please may I have a cosmopolitan but made with included drinks?” Or is there a snappier way to ask?

Thanks @uktog And not to derail this thread but while it’s active - it’s our first time and we plan just to pay by the glass for anything outside of complimentary but I wondered if anyone had any suggestions of other cocktails you can ask for using the included spirits please? I understand they will make cocktails other than those on the menu if they can make them with the included drinks and wondered if anyone had suggestions.

Is bottled ‘still’ water included in complimentary drinks? I’ve seen Evian in the upgraded packages but assume there is a non branded equivalent in the complimentary offering?

How was boarding there please? We are boarding Pursuit in Copenhagen next month and wondered if it ran to time or had a long wait. Any facilities at the terminal? Thanks!

Thanks for this thread and the spreadsheet - it’s our first time on Azamara this summer and I’ve been doing my research. A couple of follow up questions please: 1, I know about White Night and the AzAmazing evening but what other must-do events are there and when might they be - for example I’ve seen mentions of jazz brunches and officer bbqs? Is there anything special on the first night or last night or sailaways for example? 2, How is seating allocated on White Night, do you turn up and claim a table or are you seated by staff? What time do you recommend showing up? 3, I’ve seen on video tours of the ships that included drinks like sodas are out on the bar countertops and in the buffet - what’s the etiquette, are they there for you to serve yourself or do you still ask for them? 4, I know gratuities are included but do you tip room service deliveries or not? Don’t want to offend either way! Thank you!

We had this problem recently, waiting weeks and weeks using that email and other ones we’d had suggested to us. Eventually I sent the Princess account on Twitter a DM and they responded immediately and the credit was showing within minutes. They said that the benefits@ email is correct but there had been some sort of ‘glitch’. Anyway - Twitter messaging worked for us.
