  1. And for me, the only preferences I can choose are my Seabourn Club perks, not my pillow or drink set up preferences.
  2. Are people who are more than 2weeks out able to see their TK reservations on Seabourn Source and, if so, can you tell me where the reservation appears. I have clicked through everything and cannot find it.
  3. Okay, I was able to open the Seabourn Source app finally but there is nowhere to check or book dining reservations. Nothing at all shows in my account and if I click on TK in the dining box it just takes me to the menu. Excursions also don’t show up to book - I have none booked but it doesn’t show as an option. The only thing available is the ability to book spa treatments.
  4. I would love to check my reservation on the Seabourn Source App but it will not let me log in on either my iphone or my ipad. I have tried with both my Club number and email address and I know my password is correct because it works on the website. I keep getting different error messages.
  5. Skybluewaters, it is interesting that Seabourn told you the reservations were not gone, whereas the response did not mention that it still might be in the records. We will just have to see when we board.
  6. It is interesting that it appears many people have this problem. I do not have confirming email because it used to show in my purchases. I may try and go to the Grill when I board and get on a waiting list, but as I said originally, it will not be a big deal for me if I can't eat at TK on this cruise. In my opinion, it is nicer on the bigger ships than on the Odyssey class ships, but I usually book just for some variety, rather than because I find the meal or experience so much better. In fact, as I have posted elsewhere before, I have been put off in the past by the wine upsell. On a seven day cruise, with the main dining room, the Colonnade, sushi and Earth and Ocean I will have plenty of choices and variety.
  7. I will be on the Ovation in The Caribbean in January. I booked this cruise about a year and a half ago and booked my Thomas Keller reservation shortly thereafter. It showed up in my cruise booking after I booked it but I never bothered to check later. Yesterday, as the cruise is finally approaching and I am thinking about it again, I looked at my booking. Not only does the reservation not appear but since the website would allow me to make a new booking (only 6:15 and 6:45 on the last night of the crise remain) I realized my booking had been deleted. I contacted Seabourn guest relations. Surprisingly, considering what I have read on these boards, someone got back to me the same day, but all they said was that the reservation could have been deleted as part of the website redo and there was nothing they could do. they simply offered me the two times I saw as still being available on line, neither of which is acceptable. I will check when I get on board but I am only on for seven days so I am not sure I will get anything. Luckily, I have been to TK several times already, and while it can be nice to try once a cruise, especially on a longer cruise, I will not be crushed if I do not eat there on this cruise. Still, Seabourn really dropped the ball on this, so this is long winded way of advising everyone to check their upcoming cruises for their reservations.
  8. I celebrated my birthday on board once and they gave me a bottle of wine which was off their reserve list. I also came back to my cabin to discover a couple of balloons inside as well as a small cake. But, I think it can vary depending on the staff.
  9. Thanks for all the info. I think I will pack some packets. If you can get the sweetener by opening up the dispenser, I can deal with that to avoid the paper waste and blowing. If it is totally inaccessible, than I will use my packets. Plus, I have recently switched from preferring Splenda to Stevia, so I wonder if they have that.
  10. I know I have read somewhere recently on this forum about the new sugar dispensers and people's frustration with them. I think there was a mention of fake sugar (otherwise known as Splenda, Stevia, Equal, etc.) but I can't remember the details. I thought I read that one of those was also available in the new containers but I can't remember what it was. Certainly, they can't have containers with all options available. Just trying to find out if I have to being my own packet along. My husband will manage to deal with the sugar dispenser. Any info would be appreciated.
  11. Catlover54, we were also in Australia in March 2020, one week into a three week trip, when we had to fly home. Our travel agent had arranged an itinerary for us, but we booked our own business class air. Because of that, even though we had used her for cruises for about 20 years, and had booked the itinerary thru her, she abandoned us in our attempt to get home. Nine hours on hold with Qantas, eventually giving up and going to the airport to talk to an agent, and $4,000 in change fees later, we got back to LA, then booked further home to DC. or that, and other reasons, we are now using a new agent.
  12. Several areas in Europe experienced a rare derecho. That could be the reason for the change of ports and the inability to dock in scheduled ports.
