Keith I understand what you are saying you were right, but why shouldn’t the people on the phone know what the exact policy iis? maybe this hasn’t really been sorted out correctly with the Crystal representatives on the phones

hello keith, i just got off the phone with a crystal representative and asked him about how can the sub vouchers be used. i said that i wanted to book a room for myself and a another room for my daughter, soninlaw and granddaughter. he said the if the three family members were in one cabin and i was in another cabin, on the same cruise, then they each could us a voucher. so that was the answer i wanted to hear. so i can use the three sub vouchers for my family in the same cabin. now i just need to find a cruise for 2025 and get it booked.

hello keith, this works out perfect for me. since i have four vouchers left to use until dec.31, 2025, i'm going to take the daughter, granddaughter and son in law on a cruise with me in 2025 and that's how i can use all the vouchers. now i just have to wait until the 2025 cruises are published. i hope it won't be too long now.

keith, i checked my certificate and it says my vouchers are good for travel by dec 31, 2025. thanks for your information. i was able to appy one voucher to my currents booking for the symphony on may 9, 2024

keith, since crystal divides their voucher into 5 vouchers, am i allowed to use all the vouchers on one cruise or does each voucher have to be used for one cruise only? i'm not sure what the policy is about that? do you?

I just found out about this program being extended to people, like me, who were booked on a river cruise. i completed the application form and then spoke to someone at crystal on sarurday about it. and to my great surprise and happiness, i was approved this morning and now part of that money is being applied to my current booking on Symphony for May, 2024. Thanks again for mentioning this.

keith, thank you so much for posting about the improved eceptional initiative. as my river cruise was one of those cancelled cruises, i was not elegible for a credit, but with this change of policy, i think i will apply immediately and hopefully finally receive something from the cancelled river cruise i was booked on. i'm surprised i never received this notification but thanks to your posting i'm aware of it now.

i said i was sailing on the Serenity but I'm really sailing on the Symphony. I just checked and yes;, I am on the Symphony The roll call is correct. My Bad, so sorry.

I am booked on Serentity for May, 2024 from Rome to Lisbon. I have sailed on a Crystal river cruise two years ago and it was fabulous. Sorry they sold the river ships to a German company. Really looking forward to sailing the Serenity and visiting the mediterranean ports of call. There is a roll call for this sailing as I started it.

LeeAnne, not only are the single cabins in thr front of the ship, which doesn't bother me and i have one booked for the Sypmphony next May, but they are also above the showroom, so there could be noise from the band/orchestras but it shouldn't be too late, i hope!

i didn't ask my TA about this issue. i just called crystal. perhaps i should call my TA and let her figure it out for me. There is a royal caribbean ship in port the same day and a norwegian ship in port the same day. i am going to contact them and see if they offer transporation to the pier and if they do, then i'll ask them if i can buy a ticket for their bus.

i know this if off topic but i need transport from the Rome airport to my ship. My cruise line does not provide trnasport so what is my best solution? i cannot walk very far without stopping and I do use a cane so walking with luggage will be difficult. Any suggestions? Is there a service that will take me diredtly to my ship?

hello keith, thats really good information for everyone who is having issuies with registration. i have two questions for you\... 1. how do i get notified when someone posts something to one of my posts? i thought i clicked all the right boxes but i still don't receive notifications here. 2. does crystal provide transportation from the airport to the ship (for a fee i presume)? has this been done in the past? i will be arriving at the rome airport. they aren't offering anything as of now. do think they may add transport to the ship later on? thank you for your advice.

I am cruising on Crystal Cruises and I asked them if they proovide (for a fee) transport to the ship and they said no. since they are just starting up new cruises they may offer something in the future but Rome is not a busy terminal for them. i'll try to find a shared shuttle. thanks for responding to my post.

Has anyone needed to go from the Rome Airport to the Cruise Ship Terminal? I hope so. I need advice on the best form of transport from the airport to the ship. I'd rather not spend over $200 for a private taxi if I don't have to. I am limited in my walking ability and walk with a cane. Haveing luggage doesn't help either. Thanks in advance for any advice.

2bobs you might try changing brownsers. if you're using chrome, try using microsoft edge or another browser just read your last post. congratulations on getting online with crystal!!!!

I would call Crystal and let them know what issues you are having. They are very friendly and seem to want to know of any glitches. On the screen that shows my booking and ship itinerary, it says that shore excursions and dining reservations can be made 60 days prior to saling.

I went to the Crystal website this morning. In the upper right hand corner of the screen, it says login and I clicked on login and it took me to the passender dashboard. I completed all the required information like login name and password. Then I completed my personal information lkes address and phone number. Then I went to the passport screen and put in that information. Arouind two weeks ago I had called Crystal to find out when I could create my account and they told me the site would be ready June 1, 2023 and it was for me. My sailing date is May 9, 2024 on Symphony.

I just went to the Crystal website and it allowed me to create my account and it had my saling informaition. Now I just have to fill in the blanks for my personal information. Just thought I'd let everyone know you can do this too!
