I also say go now. My husband and I are almost 30 and very active as well. I'm super excited about the hiking we have planned. I also intend to use the gym a lot on the sea days. It seems like there are lots of excursions that are pretty physically intense in Alaska!

Have a great trip! I would have done the same. Personally, did not care at all for the Sensation.

Just want to update you guys if there's anyone who actually face the same situation as me.

 

If you guys have actually left anything on the ship, please please.. on that very day try your best to get an answer !! No matter how many phone calls you made and etc.. Please do it yourself and not trusting the CS of royal carribean. Trust me they won't do anything (from my own experience).

 

After 6 months, i am like being pushed here and there by the CS, and till today.. Nothing has been done.

 

They speak well, they promised your well, and they just have their way to push the blame here and there!

That is such a frustrating situation. I'm so sorry!

I'd say it's not so much a "soap opera" as a "reality show" episode; perhaps from something like "The Bachelorette". Anyway, sort of like watching a train wreck in slow motion.

 

If it's sham, it's a waste of time; if true, certainly not something to discuss in public.

Was also thinking this is like The Bachelorette! However, I do hope it works out for you, OP. Please do be cautious though!

Did you book directly? If so, did you book online yourself, or call up and use a RC CVP? If so, you can go into your My Cruises page on the Royal Caribbean website and make payments there.

 

Did you use a TA? Then you have to make payments through him/her.

Thanks for the response. I had booked directly online, no CVP. I think the issue was my husband owned the booking, not me. So I passed this on to him!

This may be a stupid question, but I cannot for anything find where to make payments/see what has already been paid and what is still owed on my cruise. We have only paid the deposit, and the cruise is in Jan., so I know a final payment isn't due until 75 days out. But I'd like to know where to find this info prior to then.
