We were on the May 15th MOS cruise. Self-testing positive on day 8 and then being confirmed to have covid by the medical team who then brought us to a deck 2 OV room "THE RED ZONE". The worst part of the process was complete lack of communication. The each of the 3 meals during our stay came cold and 2+ hours late which was in spite of informing the medical department of my diabetic needs. It appears only one waiter is able to deliver food to the Red Zone. Also, the medical department is available during limited hours. The only way to get attention is to call 911.
There must be a better way to treat passenger/patients than to literally dump them at a room, close the door and leave with no offer for contact support information. It felt like only one step above a concentration lock down. There was a reason they never provided a room key!
