I ran out of time and scored low on the ones I chose. 😝 I couldn't finish the stupid slider puzzle in time either. I hate those things.

It's back to normal today, at least for me. Struck out on the wheel. Congrats to all the winners. Anyone playing those 50th anniversary "Funtivities" that Carnival's doing for chances to win a cruise? I wanted to see what it was all about. Not very fun, in my opinion.

No luck on the wheel this morning. I blame pumpkin spice. It ruins everything this time of year. 🤪 I even saw pumpkin spice Twinkies.

As suspected, the login trouble was temporary, was able to log on this morning. Struck out on the wheel. Is it just me or have codes been coming slower recently?

I can't login tonight. It looks like it tries to, then keeps giving me a different login screen that says Secure Member Login. I've tried the usual tricks...clear cookies, even tried a different browser. Not going to worry for now, they have a long history of login problems sometimes. I'll see what the next time brings. No memory game for me this week.

I have more than we'll ever use, not to mention we're accruing more as we go, so I think anytime we go with other people, I'll just share my points and they can buy cards through me.

I finally remembered to log in on a Tuesday and got to play the memory game, so I got 500 points for that, plus 200 from the wheel. I know it's just a coincidence, but the last 2 times I've won on the wheel, it was later at night. But it's a secret, don't tell anyone. 😉 Yeah, I hate when scratch off takes us back to the home page each time. Even if we click "continue."

I just got 500, the most I've ever won. Have they loosened the reins a little?

My son leaves for Air Force boot camp in a couple days, so we've been spending as much time as we can, doing his favorite things, etc. It's going to be a huge adjustment, both for him and us. I know countless parents go through it, but it's an unnerving thought to be this close to not having him around. So proud of him for choosing this path, though. It's the same path I took a long, long time ago, so I've been giving him pointers and advice to help prepare him for what's to come.

That's crazy. It kind of seems like it was processing your order each time you tried it, racking up tens of thousands of dollars, but on your end you only saw errors. Hope you get it straightened out soon.

I snuck up on the wheel tonight. It wasn't expecting it and gave me 200 points. 😆 I always play from the computer and lose 9 out of 10 times. Don't know why they're so stingy with points from games. Almost every promo code they give us is worth at least 2,000. Would it kill them to give us more from the games?

Lots of wheel winners on Monday. I don't log in but maybe once/week, but I really need to try more often. 3 strikes on the wheel for me today, as usual.

For some reason, they only let people with Allstate policies change their own email address. You can try to call the Rewards customer service line (1-800-642-2609). I've tried that a few times. They kept telling me it was changed in their system, but it's not on my end. I've been meaning to try again, but really don't like dealing with them. The customer service on the Rewards side isn't always the greatest.

I use the Firefox browser and for the past few weeks have gotten an alert banner at the top of the Rewards login page warning me that some of the features of Allstate Rewards may not work. They recommend Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge (which is based off of tech owned by Google). Firefox isn't owned by one of the big tech corporations and has always revolved around security & privacy. I find it a bit nefarious that Allstate Rewards is now encouraging users to use a browser from one of the tech mega-corporations. Nothing against those browsers, I use them on occasion for other things, but Firefox has always been highly recommended by websites, so it's no slouch. For years, it has gone back & forth with Chrome as the most used browser. I don't think it's a coincidence Allstate now frowns upon the one browser owned by an independent company. So far everything still works using Firefox, but who knows, that may change. Disappointing.

Yep, I even went back through my old codes to see if it was a repeat, but I've never used it. Must've only been good for a day.

There used to be a dedicated thread for AARP rewards before they overhauled their service, but it hasn't been used in forever. This has kind of become the default thread for both since they both pertain to Carnival cards. Let us know if you found the cards. 🙂

The spin game is pure evil. It speeds up or slows down just enough to hit the strike every time. How many spaces are there, 10? With only 1 strike. At those odds, for it to lose as much as it does, it's obviously rigged.

That's insane! 😠 How in the world do they justify going from, what, $0.58/each to $1.75?

Ever since they revamped their rewards program, you now have to be an AARP member to buy Carnival cards, but you do not need to accrue points. The discount is automatically applies as a member. I agree with n6uqqq in that, even with a paid membership, it's still a good deal. We also use the membership for hotel and rental car discounts. The savings on those 2 things more than pays for our membership. Plus they have a lot more benefits, and you don't have to be 50 yrs. old anymore.
