Sailing in 2 days and edocs and luggage tags are still grayed out.

Same here. 5 days out. Edocs link is gray and unclickable, and luggage tags pending. It's frustrating.

Some edocs and luggage tags are just not coming up. Our TA got ahold of Celebrity and they claim its an issue on some sailings I guess? Said they should be available a week before our cruise

Is the soft ice cream self serve? Is it 24 hrs? I'll be on Eclipse in a few weeks.

Do you need to have purchased the cruise insurance for them to reimburse you for hotel and food prices for 5 days if you test positive? Or is that in the fare?
