All I got was a box for birthdate, no left or right options. So I had to click all the way back to 1945. This is an absolute joy with arthritis in my fingers. I am beginning to hate this incompetent company.

I would have a bit more confidence in them if everyone's problems were the same, but they're all over the place indicting they have no idea what they are doing. DH worked in IT for years also and he's shaking is head.
I am worrying that this snafu is going to put them under as there are so many people really annoyed.

Got same email for our 5 May, Singapore to Athens, so looks like online check-in is goosed for a while yet. With all the data errors and omissions, and difficulty contacting Azamara, I'm now a tad nervous about flying 6500 miles just to turn up at a pier, without proper pre-checks, tickets or baggage labels! What a frigging mess.
We will cry on each other's shoulders! We have a nonstop from Vancouver, 16.5 hours which I am dreading. Wish we could afford first or business class on Singapore Air and be treated like royalty. Then I could tell Azamara, to stuff their cruise, I'm staying on this plane forever!!😄
Yes, it's a mess. My BP goes up every time I access my account and see I have no upcoming cruises. It's actually 3 but that may change soon if they don't get their act together. I'm not putting up with this again. Getting ready for a cruise should be fun not a frustration.

Yes, it's a nightmare especially for those of us boarding in a month. Several on my cruise got emails this AM telling us that on-line check-in will not be possible, (even though it says so at the top of the page in our accounts). We are to check in at the pier in Singapore. Imagine the zoo that will be. Thank goodness these ships are small, another good reason for sailing on small ships!
incidentally every time I go to my account, it says I have no upcoming cruises. Actually I have 3, but that might just be changed to one!!

We are on the Spice route cruise too, sailing May 5. Definitely not impressed with their fix. Do they have any idea how this is affecting their customers?

We are on the Spice route cruise too, sailing May 5. My account shows "no booked cruises." Do they want me to cancel them all? Definitely not impressed with Azamara's attempt at a new web site.

There are instructions in the room or the people in I lounge will set you up if you're not sure how to do it. No, you don't have to use it all at once. You can use it throughout the cruise till the 90 mins is gone. Don't forget to sign off each time you use it.

We are sailing on this itinerary this year, our fifth try, leaving in about 5 weeks. We booked really early and have a cabin on the back of the ship. Hoping it's not too accessible to the pirates if there are any!!
Perhaps if you check our roll call Quest May 5, 2023, you might pick up some ideas for excursions. Bon Voyage to you all.

I am also enjoying your review very much. I don't understand why you think you are "underdogs" or not priority, when you're from Norway and Elite. Such a beautiful country and soooo expensive! When DH worked there for a week and I was enjoying myself looking around, I could hardly afford to eat!! The price of a Whopper was out of sight!
We sailed the Norway Intensive last July on Azamara and really enjoyed everything we saw. However, we were disappointed not to sail into Gerainger or dock in Bergen which was our Captain's home. We took an excursion to Gerainger as it was a must see for us. Beautiful place.
I hope you really enjoy Silhouette. It's our favourite Celebrity ship. if you can, check out the Lawn Club Grill.
Bon Voyage.

Just think, those of us who can't get to first base on this stupid contest will make it easier for someone to win!!
I have to give up as my BP goes up every time I try and I get the "Don't recognise your email" response. Same, and only email for 30 years.

Balconies are our favourite too. Love sitting out there reading a book and it's a wonderful place to be when sailing out of the port. When you're elsewhere in the ship, no one knows what kind of a cabin you're in. I can't imagine feeling inferior. You will meet many nice people. The Med is a wonderful itinerary. We love Santorini.
Congratulation on your upcoming wedding. May you live a long and happy life together.

I can't get to first base with them because they keep saying they don't recognise my email. This is the email I've had for 20 some odd years. I am fed up with Celebrity.

When I clicked on the space for my email address, it came up below as it always does. Same email address for 20+ years. Then it said email was not recognised. I tried 3 times before I gave up. When is Celebrity going to get the prize for the worst IT dept in creation?

I usually have a rib eye on the left and a filet on the right.
Or, is it the other way around? 🤔
Doesn't matter if the cookie goes in the middle, half hidden of course, so you can have another!

Great place to eat. I, too, wish it were on more ships. We love the rib eye also, and of course, the warm chocolate cookie. Go light on the flatbread, otherwise you will not have room to enjoy this wonderful dessert.

Twiga, thank you so much for your post. We are scheduled to be in Aqaba on Quest May 22 and we have a Petra tour booked with Jordon Horizon also. With your permission, I would like to post your info about the time difference on our roll call. I can't imagine a long day like that without breakfast!

Yes... This is how the head of security was able to locate the father who threatened us. There are cameras everywhere. I will say that Sergio head of security took it very seriously and the individuals have been talked to. Hopefully the problem has been resolved. We have his personal number if there are any further problems.
So glad the father was spoken to by security. I'm very sorry your cruise had to start off this way and I hope things are better now.
However, the one I feel sorriest for is the poor child being raised by such an immature individual.

I got 1 point. Nothing for the webinar.

We were in that cabin once when they decided to schedule Silent Disco one night starting at 11PM (after they had dragged chairs out of the area for an hour) in the Aqua Spa area! it was like a herd of elephants on top of us. We complained vociferously to Guest Relations and they never did it again. Hopefully the moron who scheduled that is no longer with Celebrity. Barring that, we found it to be a lovely large balcony. Is it the only slanted balcony lleft in A1? If you could, I would go for 1604 - 1610 or 1599 - 1605. We have been in some of those also and they are lovley.
As others have said, you will really enjoy AQ.

Bags are not that big but if you roll your clothes tightly, you can get a fair bit into them. If you have Elite status, you get one free bag washed and folded. Elite + gets 2 bags.

Glad you made it safely to Florida, Jeanette. May everything be awesome from here on. I HATE Air Canada and we always fly with other airlines, even WestJet.
Key West is lovely. if you wear sandals, see if you can get to the Kino store. I bought some there years ago and they are still great.
Have a great cruise.
Oops, forgot to say I love your dogs. Is it the one with the cone that has the pancreatitis?
Ours is on my avatar and she is spoiled rotten. A neighbour of ours takes her when we are away and we are very fortunate as they spoil her too. She is 9.

Have a great cruise. Reflection is the only S class we haven't sailed on so we look forward to your review and pictures. i am also very jealous as we are dealing with snow right now. Crazy winter here this year for Vancouverites.

I guess we'll check in, May 15, as we enter the Suez canal, that is assuming we make it onto the ship! They should have been working on this long ago.
And here I thought we had a solution to a better cruise line after 35 cruises on Celebrity.
