Nothing on ours either (Spice Route) but then, it seems to be excluded from every offer.

We usually sail AQ class and I have not seen it offered as cruise only.  Maybe someone knows how to access this?

The bump-out for the bed for 11173 on Beyond is closest to the bathroom.  

You are correct.  I found a picture of the stateroom on a travel site.  I replied to the OP on the other thread started on this.

If you google "Celebrity Beyond cabin 11173"  You will get lots of info, deck plan, picture of the cabin etc.  Sorry I can't give you the link as it's from a travel company and we are not allowed to use their names on this forum.  When I googled, it was the first one on the list but that might differ for you.

Looks like the bed is next to the bathroom in the picture.

So sorry for such a stressful start to your cruise.  I hope it gets much better on the ship.

Here I've always been envious of you folk who can drive to the port in Florida while we have 2 long flights!

It doesn't matter to us either, that we meet the cabin attendant the first or second day.  All we need is our room taken care of and ice provided.

Is there not a little card left in the room with the attendant's name?  If you need something, then you could call housekeeping and ask for them.

As for the third bed not made up, I would think it is the sofa bed and no one wants to do without their sofa for the whole day, so that bed is probably made up in the evening turn down service.

MDR is open for Concierge class only on embarkation day.  Oceanview Buffet is open for all, also the grill.  The Spa cafe used to be open on embarkation day but I don't think it is now.  You should try this place later in the cruise for their delightful plated salmon and tuna (not ahi) salads, also Caprese salad and fruit plates every day from 12 - 2:30.

Don't be so hard on the man, after all he's doing great being on this forum at 84.  So, you couldn't figure out that gpod meant good?  The O is next to the P on the keyboard, so just a slip of an old finger that has probably done much good in earlier days.

I never eat pizza on a cruise.  i have enough trouble keeping my weight down with all the other good food that is available.

It's the card players in the Spa Cafe that bother me.  There are only about 10 tables and I have been there at lunch time when at least 2 of them were occupied by card players.  i don't know why there isn't a sign telling them that they are welcome to play cards after 2:30 when the cafe closes.

Lawn Club Grill.  The filet is awesome, the hot chocolate cookie dessert is also wonderful.  Been there 5 times now and it has always been fabulous.  you can get 30% off if you dine there the first night.

I would choose the Baltics also but would wait till St P is open again.

Totally agree.  People have become thoughtless.  We always seem to have a cabin next to a door slammer.  We have put notes on their door.

Love when an elevator is full and when it stops, more people try to jam in.  Can they not wait for the next one?

I'm so sorry the cruise of your lives turned out badly.  Nice to know the Dr on the ship diagnosed you correctly but it would have been nice if they had followed up and made sure you were being looked after.  I hope you stay well now and that the insurance company comes through for you.

Yes, we ordered some things from it on our Oct 20 TA

On Silhouette a week ago, we went with friends who are not Elite + to Sushi on 5.  We elected to have one bill and split it.  We received 15% on the total.  Our first night, we had booked LCG on the 30% off first night offer.  We did not receive any other discount and didn't really expect one.

Thank you Orator for your thoughts.  I'm sorry we didn't meet in Blu.  The food was great at dinner as it usually is but I can't say the same for breakfast.  We decided to give them another try on this cruise.  First day, breakfast was cold.  Four days later we went back and we were served by a trainee so we didn't expect stellar service.  DH ordered French toast, bacon and eggs.  He received French toast ONLY.  We sat waiting for the rest which never came.  Finally flagged someone and they brought us the rest.  French toast long gone by this time.  We told the Maitre'D to make it mandatory that waiters come back and ask how the breakfast/dinner is.  This would alleviate the problem we had.  We never went back to Blu for the rest of our breakfasts.

Yes, we too enjoyed Jayne.  I don't know how she can hop so fast around the stage and not run out of breath.  I wish them well in their new venture in Florida.

We found mistakes, like scheduling two things for the same time in the same place.  Does no one proofread the Daily?

Our room was never done by the time we returned to it even when away for 3 or more hours.  I think the room steward started with the same cabins all the time, leaving ours till near the end but she did do a good job.

We thought the Captain should have given some indication of cases of COVID on board.

We will be giving Celebrity a rest for the next few years.

Have a good time cruisestitch.  We just disembarked Nov 3.  I watched you sail today.  Were you one of the lucky people on the helipad?  We sailed out of Lisbon on the helipad and it was great.

Silhouette, self serve on TA Oct 20 - Nov 3/22.  Crew masks to come off for following cruise starting Nov 3

The TA we deal with does not give OBC.  Instead he gives a discount directly off the cruise price which is often lower than most agencies.  Sometimes, depending on the cruise it is $1000.

Blu is why we book AQ class.  I can't imagine paying extra and then eating in the MDR.  As has been said AQ is all inclusive.  Why not eat there some of the time and then ask the Maitre'D to accommodate you in the MDR for some meals.  Whatever you do, I hope you have a great cruise.

i guess we don't have to worry because Celebrity cancelled Bermuda for our cruise next week.

Grab it.  We have been in all of these cabins except 1133.  They are all fabulous.  1140 has the biggest balcony.
