We just booked for March. 

Veendam running very late, on the tracker she is even with Miami area and she is supposed to be docked now.

 

She's moving right along - maybe a search and rescue or some really bad weather - though I haven't heard of any. The waves are really splashing up in the channel and on the beach.

 

 

ETA: Port schedule has her arriving at sea buoy at 8:30 am

Our spring break starts next Friday the 23, we are going over Easter out of Fort Lauderdale on the 28th with a 13 and 16 year old.

This will be a first for us, we normally have done Disney but this was to good of a deal to pass up, an outside room with drink and the quench package for less then 1/3 of what we could get an inside room on Disney.

I called Hal about pinnacle kids pricing and they confirmed it was $35 for all. Too bad. We had a wonderful dinner there last year, but dh and I were free. Definitely not paying full price for the 4 of us.

Thanks, my oldest would enjoy it my youngest would have struggled to find something.

We always tip, even our kids know it’s customary to tip for room service they always have money at the ready when they order.

Also. Is there a limit on how many alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic (I.e., sodas) that you get with the Signature package?

We filled out a form for her allergies, and needing to warm up her heatpack for her JIA

Disney was amazing with our youngest food allergies. What can we expect on HAL? I’m reading about pre plated fruit what if she is allergic to one of the fruits can she have a plate made without it?

The kids also like to get a soft drink and ice cream, to make floats. Not sure if they can on HAL, it was easy on Disney. Even if they didn’t have root beer lol

I think the information that the kids are 1/2 of the adult dinner price is pretty old. Where did you see that info? I've never seen a discount for kids at lunch.

2. The pinnacle grill I noticed the kids are 1/2 of the adult price, is that the same at lunch what about

5. Also we noticed the last activity at the loft is 11 what time is actual closing time.

on Disney we download an app and connected once we were on board it as great for messaging each other and for the kids to keep up with their friends, I can’t seem to find if hal has the same idea.

on our Disney cruise there was always a food porn post, is there the same for HAL?

I am assuming your drink package and charging privileges are attacked to your room key, if they are in a lanyard card pouch can they be scanned through it or do you need to take it out every time ?

Thank you for posting the phone number! I called my PCC a few weeks back and she told me I could not book the laundry package until we were on the ship. I thought that was odd since we have booked it pre-cruise in the past. Anyway, just got off the phone and have it booked for our 14 day Alaskan cruise this Summer. :)

We called the normal 1-800 and the agent there told us it was $7 per person, then we called this number and she said no it’s per cabin

You had me scared there for a minute. We will be on the Veendam (with the self service laundry) and I PLANNED on the unlimited laundry service!!!

That’s the ship we are going on for Easter.

i am assuming deck walk up bars, we have night owls are places open in the evening they can get something, on Disney they were permitted to go into the some of the lounges until until 8, we are new to HAL sorry for all the questions.

Please tell me how to sign up and where. I love packing fewer clothes. Thank you!
