  1. You can look on the ship map right here on cruise critic or go to Carnival. There are not that many cabins and they are located on decks 5-9. I have compiled a list below of Havana cabanas that can have more than 2 pax.  Hopefully all will pay it forward and do a solid for someone in the future. Cruise on with happiness everyone and enjoy.

(HS) Havana Cabana Suite 2 cabins max pax 4 5235,5236

    Location: aft on deck 5-Promenade

    (HE) Havana Cabana (Balcony)  1 cabin max pax 4 5201 & 2 cabins max pax 3 5227,5208

    Location: aft on deck 5-Promenade

(HA) Havana Interior (Inside) 1 cabin 3 max pax

    5222 & 1 cabin 4 pax max 5221

    Location: aft on deck 5-Promenade

Thanks, I appreciate it. As I combed the threads to find out more about the Havana, I found a similar thread with info as well.

Oh ok, yea that info is on goccl as well. I was looking for something that stated numbers, but it looks like deduction will have to do.

Here is the specific info you were looking for hopefully the link works. If not I will try a screen shot. It is on the Carnival site and gives the actual stateroom numbers for all of the Havana cabins. https://help.goccl.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5144/~/carnival-panorama-(po)-havana-experience-and-staterooms

12 and up is find anywhere.  The issue is that kids under 12 can not be booked in a Havana room. However, it doesn't say they can not go in a Havana room or walk down the hallway.  They are prohibited from going in the pool area if they are under 12, though.

Thanks I appreciate you clarifying for me. I am going to check with my agent about switching for our cruise next year:

Have done two sailings during peak summer times in. HC room (both 5th floor rooms).  The first on the Vista was before they allowed GS guests to partake in the amenities and the second on the Horizon was after.  On see days I can safely say all chairs will be occupied or spoken for, def not the case on port days.

Thanks jimbo5544 I appreciate it. I am an early riser so hopefully I will be able to secure a spot to lounge.

Because people keep responding to my post below telling me they are booking Havana area because they don't want kids around I thought I would alert y'all to this issue because there seems to be confusion that the Havana area is kid free. It's not.

Thank you so much for your post and everyone for responses. I am confused if I book a Havana cabin my daughter (12) would not be able to sit at the pool to read/lounge with me during the day? Thank you

  7. Has anyone stayed in the HC during the summer or at capacity during a warm time (Spring Break-late summer). I wanted to know what the crowd was like when at or near capacity and also were there more children during that time period. I am going this summer (Fingers crosses we still sail) with DM and DB but will sail again the following summer with my DM and DD (12) and may want to try it with her as she enjoys the quiet and a good book. 😀

I see that the Carnival Panorama has an outdoor "relaxation room" on Deck 14 out on a front-facing balcony.  This room was shown to be a place for spa patrons to chill after their spa treatments.  It looks to be a nice private spot to sit outdoors.

    My questions:

--Is this relaxation room access controlled?

--Do you need to have a spa treatment to access it?

--Is it included as an amenity for Spa cabins?

This area is shown at 4:15 in this video:

Thanks for posting, Can’t wait to share video with DM I got her a spa pass for Xmas😀

I didn't experience any issues, but that was probably because I only drank alcohol, coffee, and bottled water. I didn't see any new Cheers lists, but the cruise was SO quick and I drank so much the first day, that I wasn't focused on much more than exploring and hanging out with some new friends. You'll have a wonderful time on the Panorama, I can't wait to get aboard her again.

    Thanks so much!

  10. I appreciate the pics of the pub. Your blog really has me getting excited about my fast approaching cruise 😀

one more question  (for now anyway) I read on another post that there were issues with the cheers package and some items were pulled on day 2. Did you experience this and now that it is Pepsi did you receive a new cheers list? Thanks in advance for your help
