  1. What is the Go Lounge? I have never heard of it. Is it the same as the full suite priority boarding lounge in FLL? I thought all full suite guests had access to this lounge without an invitation. We have a wheelchair reserved at the pier (or so we thought). That being said, I am already in the Green Lane, but my friend has not yet been assigned a lane. Will it be the Gray Lane even if she qualifies for Green?
  2. We have booked a cruise on Enchanted Princess in April. We have a full suite. Wheelchair reserved for embarkation/disembarkation, along with a rented scooter. I know that we have priority embarkation and access to the priority lounge. We also have Reserve Dining and complimentary mimosa breakfast each day. 1) Do we need to make our priority reservations for breakfast when we board? With whom do we make these? 2) Is full suite room service upgraded and complimentary? 3) Reservations at the Sanctuary are first come first served, BUT if you are disabled "running" to deck 18 is not an option. Have called Princess about this and they apologized for the policy, but offered no other option. Suggestions? 4) We don't drink alcohol, but have a complimentary minibar- set up. Could we get a coffee machine instead? 5) What time do we need to be at the port in order to get aboard quickly through priority embarkation? I have tried to get my Princess travel advisor to answer these particular questions, but she cuts and pastes the info available on the website. That info doesn't answer these specific questions. Can anyone out there help us?
  3. Had the same problem with having medallions mailed to my home. Call the Ocean Navigator. That is the tech unit for Princess. They solved the problem quickly. Princess knows it has problems with the app and the web version.
  4. Just booked one of these on Enchanted to be close to adult only areas and Sanctuary. Question: do these suites have complimentary 24 hour room service? Do full suites get complementary wifi? Does Reserve class dining mean you can pick a dining room or is it just one dining room with dedicated Reserve seating? The fine details are not clear and so far the customer service has been far from helpful. Suites should have all the amenities clearly spelled out. I don't want to pay for something twice. Also, my cruise advisor had incorrect info on disability accessibility on Enchanted. She finally called the ship supervisor to determine that the Sanctuary is fully accessible She apologized and said management would be correcting her information which was in direct conflict with the deck plan accessibility maps.
  5. What about Enchanted? Looks like there is still a lounge NEAR the casino. What about outdoors on the decks?
  6. Just booked on Enchanted for April cruise. The app doesn't seem to be working correctly. princess.com shows all my booking info, but the app says my booking isn't in the Medallion system yet. Is there an IT or batching lag if you complete your booking on the weekend?
