Yes we would be flying to Miami. So would need the carseats for when we get to Miami, as we fly in 1 or 2 days before the cruise. We would need them for the Uber to hotel and then to port and then to airport.

What do you do with Car Seats once you board? Do you have to keep in stateroom? We will have 2 of them. Thanks Kim

We were just on The Encore and the services was the best. No cutbacks. Our butler was great , our steward was great, and all the other people were great. -

On Tuesday this week was my day to check in for my Jan 3 cruise on the Encore. I didn't get up at 12:01am to check in, I did it about 6am and had no problem selecting the time I wanted which was 10-10:30. The 9 was available but don't want to wait in the terminal that long. -
Speaking of concierges has anyone heard anything about Hanno, I think that is the spelling. He is a great concierge.
