  1. Once again, thank you for your review with pictures. We have LESS than 2 weeks, and we should be on the Regal too. To top this off for us, if you want to call it that, our Kansas City Chiefs WON the Super Bowl! 🙂

  2. Thank you ALL for your replies. More than likely none of the 8 of us will win, but I just thought I would check ahead of time. (It does look like the promotion goes through March 31, 2024, and we are cruising the 25th of this month so maybe.....we might still have a chance 🙂. ) We did order the Premier package, and I know the medallion is on its way. So since our medallion is on its way, is it still possible to WIN a "clip on" medallion holder too? That would be great if we did win something, and the door panel started showing fireworks display, as I'm sure we WOULD notice that. 🙂

  3. Reedprincess, thanks for explaining where the 3 MDR locations were, or possibly how to get to them.  I don't know why, and I have no problem with it, but my son started booking for himself and his wife, and then eventually was able to book the other 6 that are with them at the Symphony MDR. I was thinking it was closer to the end of the ship when I checking out what was on each deck, but it sounds like it is closer to the middle of the ship, and that is fine too. I'm glad he didn't book the Allegro this time, as I have done as you have mentioned on other cruise ships, walked the deck and then down the steps or taking an elevator just to get to the dining room.

  4. I was glad to see that you posted that Roatan was one of your favorite ports. The reason I say this, my son/d-i-l went a few months ago, and checked out the area. At this point, it looks like we will have a driver taking the 8 of us around to where WE want to go for the day. Hopefully the weather (we have about 15 days before we get on the ship) will cooperate with us. 🙂

  5. We plan to be on the Regal the 25th of this month, and the 8 of us are booked for Sabatini's. Guess we'll see (I had read that there is a LOT of food to eat with several courses) how we like it. As someone mentioned, everyone has different opinions, and I do like to read them, but I go with the "thinking" this may be better than what some people say. 🙂

  6. Still following along,(I have told some of our family members that we "might" run into some bad winds and are not able to go to the port", and I know we will be fine, no matter what.)  and I was glad to read that one of the facilities had thin pizza crust as well. As someone mentioned, and I can understand peoples disappointments, (we do have a driver at one of the ports that is to take us around for the day, but if the weather is bad, I'm sure he will understand why our ship is not there) I would rather the Captain keeps us safe, then run into problems with the weather. As the expression goes, "better to be safe and than sorry.

  7. The 8 of us are STILL having issues with Princess guest website taking our "off the ship" information for our flight. We are to catch the flight at 12:40 (just a tad after noon), and the ship arrives at 7:00AM, with taking possibly an hour to get to the airport. The message keeps kicking out, saying there is NOT enough time once off the ship to make our flight. Duh!

  8. I am like you, don't need all the things listed with the Premier package, but I AM a person that WANTS my pictures, as they ARE my memories, so thus, that is why I decided to get the Premier package, as it covers ALL photos, no matter whether they are taken on/off the ship!

  9. I am like you, I won't be using everything that is in the Premier package, but as my son said, "I am tired of them nickel and dimeing me every time I turn around, so when I get the premier package, "everything" that I will be using will/should be covered!

  10. I'm just adding my 2cents worth here. As far as I know, that is the correct number. Our cruise is the 25th of this month, and I was having an issue with the Princess guest forum area that needed to be filled in. I called that number, and "finally" got through to someone. To make the looooooooooooong story short, it was BAD! I could barely understand (she sounded like she had mush in her mouth trying to talk) the lady, and finally ask her where she was, and I think she was in the Philippines, or something like that. I don't have an issue with anyone in any foreign country working, but I NEED to understand what they are saying, and finally told her I could not understand what she was saying, and she didn't seem to know what I was asking about in the first place, so I hung up!

  11. Cruisemom67, I see you are a teacher. The 8 of us plan to do the Regal the 25th of this month. Both my son/d-i-l work for the school, and it would have been better (money wise) for them to take off during school break, but at least this way, they won't have to deal with a lot of children, like they normally do on a daily basis. 🙂

  12. I just discovered your posting, and I plan to follow along. There are 8 of us that will be doing the Regal for the first time, the 25th of this month. I like your pictures, and also posting the Princess Platter. I was glad to see that the different food establishments, it shows the time they are open/closed/deck, which saves time, from getting there and FIND them being closed.

  13. All I can say is the flight FROM the ship information, we're leaving in the Princess  Guest flight forum, even though it looks like it is not taking it for none of my family, and that might still be true. (We can always call/check with the guest relations to make sure.) I know they don't need the flight TO information, as we are coming in the day before. Thanks for letting me know that we can probably get on the ship after 12:00. All I know is in the many  cruises I have done, the information of the (general) TIME we do disembarkation from the ship is given to us the night before. We do have a holding place we go to on the last day, until our number is called. As far as I know, they go by the "flight schedule time", as the time we disembark the ship. For the people who are not flying or have a very early flight, they generally are the first ones that get off the ship.

  14. Thank you both for your input. In the meantime I text my family members, and they ran into the SAME situation as myself. Yes, even though I said Galveston, it was the Houston/Hobby Airport. We are to have transportation from our hotel (staying the night before cruise), to the ship, and then the transportation picking us up after our cruise. My d-i-l said to just LEAVE our information in, and see what happens, even though we are getting this message. I did post back and said if nothing else works, we'll just have to go to guest services. Once again, thank you for trying to help!
