Super interested to hear about the NYE on Phuket. we are currently looking at the 5 night on anthem from 28th. Penang and Phuket (overnight at Phuket). We’ve done KL before for a few days so penang and longer in Phuket appeals. We’ve sailed anthem before too. do you actually leave Phuket at 8pm on the NYE sailing? Do you stay close enough to see fireworks etc at midnight?

Are these just on US cruises? And do they appear on the app once on the ship? With 2 young kids it's nice to have a drink on the balcony once they're asleep so these are actually more convenient than a bar for us

We booked this. Other poster in the destination section said you got about a 15 minute drive. Said lunch was a few choices including fried chicken and fried etc. Meals were about $ 15-20 and around 5 a soft drink so you are getting 20-25 on top of the entry. I've booked for this and next year as there was a 30% off on RCL excursion which makes it cheaper/same price plus the convenience of RC transport etc.

Hi We're booked onto Explorer from Miami next year, and were looking into adding on a 3 or 4 nighter on Freedom either at the start or the end. The arrival and departures are the same day - do they offer some type of shuttle or luggage transfer between ships?

My wife and children have been on a few RCl cruises and have more scheduled. We've always booked in my wife's name, but I'm looking at a short cruise after a work trip. Can these points be added to the same crown and anchor?

After 4 weeks and 7 emails I have a refund. I actually received too little one day so emailed again and by the time I had a reply more money had gone in...more than I'm due back. Weirdly they stated exactly how much they've refunded which matches what I've received but doesn't match with any amount I paid or the screenshot of the erroneous payments. Maybe its for the amount of time wasted ...

Good point. The wording is pretty vague. "A quick 15 minute drive " I'm sure someone must have been on it so hopefully they can update us

I kind of expect transfer but no food or drink. I've screenshotted the description to take to guest services in case that happens. My thought is even with just transfer the black Friday price was so much lower than direct

My 2 error payments are both moved out of pending. With the US holidays I'll give them til mid next week to be corrected then raise the dispute

Thanks for that feedback @happychippy ! Could you confirm if the day pass included any food or drink? What I've purchased via Royal as shorex says includes lunch and 1 soft drink. Screenshotting it now in case it doesn't and I can let Royal know its false, but it'd be good to know in advance

Glad you've said that as I bought it on a Wim. We haven't been to Nassau but we're struggling on what to do with a 1 and a 4 year old. This seems to have a good mix of infant water slides, kids slides and the adult stuff. I got it on what seems to be a glitch of £99 instead of 114. If I added 1 and paid I got that price, adding more than 1 person at time changed the price

I have 3 pending transactions for a refreshment package. Amazingly 2 of them later appeared in my orders...2 of the same drinks package on the same cruise each! So it eventually let me cancel one...Will give it a few days for the pending transactions to settle before I complain. A few shorex I was happy with. Got helium balloon at coco cay 40% less than I paid 3 weeks ago so cancelled and booked. Got scuba diving half the lowest I've extracted it at for my cruise and same for zipwire at coco cay and labadee (means my wife and I can both do one of those whilst the other looks after the kids!). Also got one shorex that seemed to be a glitch as was 3 x 26.72 and totalled 70.16 so 10 less than it should have been So assuming pending transaction issues are sorted I'm pretty happy
